This antibody is specific for human OX40

The original antibody was used for flow cytometry on OX40-receptor transfected PER.C6™ cells. The scFv version of this antibody was used for an western blot on human OX40-Ig. The scFv version of this antibody was used for a proliferation assay on 293T cells. The antibody showed that it was able to induce T cell proliferation
