This antibody is specific for human CD134.

The original antibody was used for flow cytometry on PHA-Stimulated Human CD134 Expressing T Lymphocytes (US9475880B2). The original antibody was tested in vitro on Human CD134 Expressing T Effector and T Regulator Lymphocytes. The antibodies showed that they were able to increase proliferation of these cells (US9475880B2). This antibody was used on recombinant Human CD134:Human Fcgamma fusion protein for a western blot (US9475880B2).
