Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-Valfa TCR [34]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody binds to the T-cell receptor alpha chains.
- Application Supplier NoteThe antibody binds specifically to the recombinant and native variable domain of the alpha chain which comprises the T-cell receptor (TCR). The TCR is a disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein expressed on the surface of T-cells in complex with CD3 and aeta-chain molecules. The receptor functions in the recognition of MHC molecule and the subsequent activation of T-cells. The monoclonal antibody 34 recognises Valpha regions of TCRs expressed in the 85.33 arthritogenic T-cell hybridoma and can be used to analyse TCR V gene expression and for immunotherapy in T cell mediated autoimmunity.
