This kit has been specifically developed and qualified for use in detecting L. lactis HCPs as impurities in products produced by recombinant expression in Lactococcus lactis. The antibodies used in this kit were generated against and affinity purified from HCPs obtained from the spent culture media of a null cell line. The assay qualification has determined that the LOD for this kit is ~0.125ng/mL.
