Hybridization of antibody-producing cells with NS/0 cells is one of the most commonly employed systems for the production of humanized and mouse monoclonal antibodies. This kit has been successfully qualified for a number of different therapeutic human monoclonal antibodies. The assay qualification has determined that the LOD for this kit is ~300 pg/ml.
