    Human secreted B7-1-Fc fusion protein, also known as CD80, with C-terminal Avi-tag™. GenBank Accession No. NM_005191, a.a 35-242 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag™ technology. MW = 52.5 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
