Bim EL antibody is human and mouse reactive. Multiple isoforms of Bim are known to exist; this antibody only detects the Bim EL isoform.

Bim EL antibody can be used for detection of Bim EL by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 22 kDa Observed: 24 kDa. ELISA, ICC (2.5 µg/ml), IF (2.5 µg/ml), WB (2 µg/ml) Bim EL antibody can be used for detection of Bim EL by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
