BDP FL ceramide, a highly fluorescent lipid, is a conjugate of green-emitting BDP FL fluorophore with sphingosine. BDP FL ceramide can be used for the visualization of the Golgi apparatus via fluorescence microscopy.The excitation wavelength is 503 nm and the emission wavelength is 509 nm [1] .
