Bezafibrate (Standard) is the analytical standard of Bezafibrate. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Bezafibrate is an agonist of PPAR , with EC 50 s of 50 microM, 60 microM, 20 microM for human PPARalpha , PPARgamma and PPARdelta , and 90 microM, 55 microM, 110 microM for murine PPARalpha , PPARgamma and PPARdelta , respectively; Bezafibrate is used as an hypolipidemic agent.
