BI-113823 is an orally active and selective bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist. BI-113823 can reduce complete Freunds adjuvant (HY-153808)-induced mechanical hyperalgesia in rats. BI-113823 can be used for the research of chronic inflammatory pain [1] .
