BM213, a selective C5aR1 agonist with an EC50 of 59 nM, induces C5aR1-mediated calcium mobilization and pERK1/2 signaling but not beta-arrestin recruitment. BM213 is much more stable in serum and displays no cytotoxicity on SHSY-5Y cells.
