Detection of Bombesin by immunohistochemistry. This antibody can be used for the study of endocrine differentiation in tumors of the respiratory tract. This antibody is suitable for frozen sections and paraffin embedded tissues without proteolytic treatment. Advised working dilution: 1:50. (Based on the Indirect Method, with a normal ABC method the dilution can be 5-10 times higher, but the optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution.
