The BTK protein is a key non-receptor tyrosine kinase that is essential for B lymphocyte development and signaling. After BCR activation, BTK initiates a cascade reaction, phosphorylates PLCG2 and activates downstream pathways, affecting calcium mobilization and PKC activation.
