CTACK/CCL27 protein selectively attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes, mediating their homing to cutaneous sites through CCR10 binding. Crucial for skin immunity regulation, CCL27 exists as a monomer, dimer, and tetramer, with heparin promoting its oligomerization. Interaction with TNFAIP6, particularly through its Link domain, implies regulatory roles in skin immune responses and inflammation within the skin microenvironment.
