Recognizes human p52 cyclin E. Cross-reactivity with mouse and rat was not observed.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized by using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitated cyclin E from 500 ug of human A431 RIPA cell lysate as confirmed by Western blot analysis of the immunoprecipitate using rabbit polyclonal anti-cyclin E. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml detected cyclin E in 50% ethanol/50% acetic acid-fixed human A431 cells.. ELISA, ICC (10 µg/ml), IP, WB (0.5 - 2 µg/ml) Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry.
