Western Blot using anti-4-1BB antibody 4B4-1-1 (TA386441) Human thymus(A), lymph node(B) and tonsil(C) tissue lysate (35microg protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 4B4-1-1 (TA386441) at 0.3 microg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
