Recognises both cdk1 and cdk2 - useful as a general cdk antibody since it reacts with both cdk1 and cdk2 and is very sensitive giving an intense signal.

ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a concentration of 2 microg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 33 kDa in HeLa nuclear extract. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
