Chromanol 293B is a selective blocker of the slow delayed rectifier K + current (IKs) with IC 50 of 1-10 microM and a weak inhibitor of KATP channel . Chromanol 293B also blocks the CFTR chloride current with an IC 50 of 19 microM [1] .
