Citatuzumab bogatox (VB6-845) is a recombinant immunotoxin composed of a humanized antibodys Fab fragment targeting EpCAM and a modified bouganin cytotoxin. It selectively binds to EpCAM-positive cell lines, induces apoptosis, and demonstrates efficacy in EpCAM-positive human tumor xenograft models [1] [2] [3].
