Corydaline (Standard) is the analytical standard of Corydaline. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Corydaline ((+)-Corydaline), an isoquinoline alkaloid isolated from Corydalis yanhusuo, is an AChE inhibitor with an IC 50 of 226 microM. Corydaline is a micro-opioid receptor (Ki of 1.23 microM) agonist and inhibits enterovirus 71 (EV71) replication ( IC 50 of 25.23 microM). Corydaline has anti-angiogenic, anti-allergic and gastric-emptying and antinociceptive activities [1] [2] [3] .
