CT-2584 reduces NKEF-B expression in several tumor cell types. CT-2584 reduced tumor growth in SCID mice by causing shunting of ab initio phospholipid biosynthesis from phosphatidylcholine (PC) to phosphatidylinositol (PI) via PA.
