    Chemical. CAS: 63775-96-2. Formula: C63H113N11O12. MW: 1216.7. Isolated from Fusarium solani. Potent inhibitor of tumor promoting phorbol ester TPA/PMA (AG-CN2-0010) effects in vivo. Antifungal. Moderate immunosuppressant. Calcineurin inhibitor with lower activity than Cyclosporin A (AG-CN2-0079). Moderate inhibitor of formyl peptide-induced superoxide formation. - Potent inhibitor of tumor promoting phorbol ester TPA/PMA (AG-CN2-0010) effects in vivo. Antifungal. Moderate immunosuppressant.
