Moderate immunosuppressant. Calcineurin inhibitor with lower activity than Cyclosporin A (AG-CN2-0079). Moderate inhibitor of formyl peptide-induced superoxide formation. - Potent inhibitor of tumor promoting phorbol ester TPA/PMA (AG-CN2-0010) effects in vivo. Antifungal. Moderate immunosuppressant.
