Cell adhesion inhibitor. Inhibits the adhesion of B16 melanoma cells to laminin and collagen type IV in a dose dependent manner but not to fibronectin. Antitumor agent. Antimetastatic. Apoptosis inducer. - Potent and selective protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor [4-7]. Cell adhesion inhibitor [1].
