DB008 is potent and selective PARP16 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.27 microM, containing an acrylamide electrophilic reagent. DB008 is membrane-permeable and marks PARP16 selectively[1]. DB008 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
