Recognizes Desmin. Reactive with human smooth and striated muscle cells and their tumors e. g. rhabdomyosarcoma and leiomyosarcoma.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & paraffin sections): 1:10-1:100; ABC as detection reagent.
