    DOI hydrochloride is a serotonin 5-HT 2A / 2C receptor agonist with K i values of 0.7 nM, 2.4 nM and 20 nM for h5-HT 2A , h5-HT 2C and h5-HT 2B receptors, respectively. DOI hydrochloride can across the blood-brain barrier. DOI hydrochloride increases head twitches in mice [1] [2] [3] .
