Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-DPP10 (Cat# TA503585). Positive lysates [LY412236] (100ug) and [LC412236] (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
