DW18134 is an inhibitor of interleukin receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) with an IC50 of 11.2 nM. It hinders the phosphorylation of IRAK4 and IKK, and reduces the secretion of TNF-alpha and IL-6. DW18134 alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced peritonitis and DSS-induced colitis in mouse models, while also protecting intestinal barrier function.
