Recognizes DYKDDDDK when fused to either the amino or carboxyl terminus of target proteins. Shows greater binding affinity and sensitivity to fusion proteins containing the DYKDDDDK sequence. Does not cross-react with any endogenous proteins.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
