For quantitative determination of triglyceride and evaluation of drug effects on triglyceride metabolism. Key Features: Sensitive and accurate. Use as little as 10 µL samples. Linear detection range 0.01 to 1.0 mmol/L (0.88 to 88.5 mg/dL) triglyceride. Simple and convenient. The procedure involves addition of a single working reagent and incubation for 30 min at room temperature, compatible for HTS assays. Improved reagent stability.
