Ezabenlimab

Ezabenlimab (BI-754091) is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) with a binding constant (Kd) of 6 nM in CHO cells. It inhibits the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, enhances interferon-gamma secretion in T cells, and inhibits tumor growth in vivo [1].
