FAZ-3532 (compound G3Ia) is an inhibitor of binding to the NTF2L domain of G3BP1/2 that binds to G3BP1 with a K d of 0.54 microM. FAZ-3532 targets the protein-protein interaction domain of G3BP1/2 and specifically inhibits co-condensation of G3BP1, caprin 1, and RNA in vitro [1] .
