Recognizes CD23, a 45kD cell surface glycoprotein that acts as a low affinity receptor for IgE. CD23 is expressed by B cells in the follicular mantle but not by proliferating germinal center cells. CD23 is also expressed by monocytes and eosinophils.

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
