Immunohistochemistry of FGF-2 staining in Paraffin sections of Bovine follicule tissue. Endogenous peroxidase activity was blocked by incubating the section in 1% H2O2 in Methanol for 30 minutes. The section was incubated with AP02009SU (1/1200) and detected using Biotinylated secondary antibody with ABC Kit. DAB was used as the Chromogen.
