    Electron Microscopy / Immunofluorescence / Immunohistochemistry: assay dependent. Western blot: use at a concentration of 1 - 2microg/ml for 2 hours at RT. By Western blot this detects a band of ~ 350 kDa, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of Fibrillin 1. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
