Flavanone is a naturally occurring flavone. Flavanone has inhibitory activity for human estrogen synthetase ( aromatase ). Flavanone is the inhibitor for ERK/p38/NF-kappaB signaling pathway. Flavanone exhibits oral activity and antitumor efficacy [1] [2] .
