Recognizes human FLT1. No cross-reactivity with mouse FLT-1 or human VEGFR2-4.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000; 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Flow Cytometry: Dilute the antibody to 25 ug/ml and use 10-20 ul antibody for 1-2 x 10^5 cells in a total volume of 200-250ul..
