Culture system: Vero cell culture. Preparation: Supernatant from infected culture is concentrated by centrifugation. The resulting virus preparation is presented in glycine buffer at pH 9.5. Inactivation: This product has been treated with Beta-propiolactone. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
