Recognizes human FUT3/FUT5.

Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml detection limit for rhFUT3/FUT5 is ~1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml detection limit for rhFUT3 is ~20 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml..
