    Rabbit polyclonal to FUT4.Fucosyltransferase 4 (FUT4) is a single-pass type II membrane protein located in Golgi apparatus.FUT4 belongs to the glycosyltransferase 10 family, which is involved in protein glycosylation. FUT4transfers fucose to N-acetyllactosamine polysaccharides to generate fucosylated carbohydratestructures. FUT4 may catalyze alpha-1,3 glycosidic linkages involved in the expression of LewisX/SSEA-1 and VIM-2 antigens.
