gamma-Amanitin an ADC cytotoxin and isolated from the mushroom. gamma-Amanitin inhibits RNA polymerase II and disrupts synthesis of mRNA. gamma-Amanitin shows similar effects to alpha-Amanitin and beta-Amanitin. gamma-Amanitin competitively binds to monoclonal antibody (mAb), with an IC 50 of 163.1 ng/mL. gamma-Amanitin is toxic to a variety of cells [1] [2] [3] .
