Scientific Description
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. GGH Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 315 amino acids (25-318) and having a molecular mass of 35.9kDa. GGH is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The GGH solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100mM NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
