Gentulizumab (Gensci-059) is a humanized IgG4 antibody that targets CD47. Gentulizumab displays strong binding to CD47 in both human and monkey, and effectively inhibits the CD47-SIRPalpha interaction. Gentulizumab exhibits a potent antitumor activity.
