This antibody recognizes various forms of green fluorescent protein including eGFP. The antibody does not cross react with RFP. Cross reactivity with YFP has not been tested.

WB: 1/2,000-1/5,000. IHC-P: 1/500-1/1,000. IHC-Fr: 1/500-1/1,000. ELISA: 1/1,000-1/2,000. *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.Not tested in other applications.
