ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Heart shows strong staining of the capillary network between the myocardial fibres in transverse secion. Recommended concentration, 2-3ug/ml.WB: Approx 38-40kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum), Liver and Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 46.2kDa according to NP_002070.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Berk et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 1990 May;87(9):3484-8; PMID: 2185471). Recommended concentration: 0.01-1 microg/ml.
