- Scientific DescriptionThe GPRC5D Lentiviruses are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to transduce nearly all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. The particles contain a human GPRC5D (NM_018654.1) driven by a CMV promoter and a Hygromycin selection marker (Figure 1).
