GST-FH.1 and GST-FH.4 are variants of the GST-FH compound class. GST-FH.1 often causes false positive hits (FH) in the interaction between glutathione S-transferase (GST) and glutathione (GSH). Conversely, GST-FH.4 acts as an inhibitor of glutathione S-transferase (GST), demonstrating an inhibitory concentration (IC 50) of 0.32 microM.
