H-0104 dihydrochloride is a ROCK inhibitor with significant intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering activity. H-0104 dihydrochloride effectively reduces IOP when administered to monkey eyes. There may not be a direct relationship between the Iop-lowering effect of H-0104 dihydrochloride and ROCK inhibition [1] .
