Recognizes human MacroH2A1.2. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat, monkey. Sequence Homology: chicken, bovine.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence (IF-IC). Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1%. Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunofluorescence (IF-IC): 1:200.
