HA-100 dihydrochloride is a potent protein kinase inhibitor, with IC 50 s of 4 microM, 8 microM, 12 microM and 240 microM for cGMP-dependent protein kinase ( PKG ), cAMP-dependent protein kinase ( PKA ), protein kinase C ( PKC ) and MLC-kinase , respectively. HA-100 dihydrochloride also used as a ROCK inhibitor [1] [2] .
